Varified is a direct-hire virtual assistant firm for real estate businesses. We scout, vet, and connect you directly with experienced Real Estate VAs, without acting as a middleman between you and your hire.
How is this different from other VA agencies?
Most agencies take a cut from your VA's pay and mark up their rates. We don't. You pay your VA directly, we charge a flat monthly fee for access to our talent pool, and you keep full control of your hire.
What if the VA doesn't work out?
We have a 3-month replacement guarantee. If your VA can't continue within the first 3 months for any reason, we replace them at no extra cost.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There's no long-term commitment. You pay month to month and can cancel anytime. We earn your business every month.
How quickly can I get started?
Fast. Once you book your discovery call and we understand your business needs, our team gets to work immediately sourcing candidates. Most clients are interviewing their first shortlist within 1–2 weeks of signing on.
How thorough is your vetting process?
Every candidate goes through a 7-step process before they ever get in front of you — credentials review, initial video interview, technical requirements check, FBI-grade background check, final technical interview, and a client-facing interview. We only present the top 3% who clear every single stage.
Can I hire more than one VA at a time?
Yes. With Varified's flat monthly fee, you have unlimited access to our talent pool. You can hire multiple VAs across different roles without paying more per hire.
